- The Breckenridge Fun Park hours of operation for 2008 are: May 24-26, May 31- June 1, June 7- 8, June 13- September 1, September 6-7, September 13-14. (Weather permitting)
- The fun park offers attractions for visitors of all ages and abilities
- Follow Highway 9 to N. Park Avenue. Take a left at the S. Gondola Parking Lot for event parking. The Breckenridge Fun Park Activities are in the N. Gondola Parking Lot. (Summer only).

Hiking

Main Street Performances and Festivals
Get into the Blue! Breckenridge's Blue River Plaza hosts free performances every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the summer, including music, theatre, art, culture, sports, historical displays and kids' activities. You also won't want to miss out on several of the great festivals hitting Breckenridge this summer including the Breckenridge Art Festival, the Jazz and Wine Festival, the Great Divide Art Festival. Breckenridge Golf Course
The Breckenridge Golf Course is the only municipally owned Jack Nicklaus designed course in the world. With 27 holes between 3 different courses, there are many choices for your day on the links. Main Street Station World Market
Visiting Main Street Station on a Sunday morning is a perfect time to gather all the fresh and tasty treats that are offered the Farmers Market. You may encounter selections of Cheeses, nuts, bread, flowers, nutritional gifts, jewelry, unique findings, and much more. Every Sunday from June 15th through September 7th, 2008, excluding Sunday, July 6th. The hours are 9 am to 2 pm - don't miss it!

Biking
More than 200 miles of off-road trails and 40 miles of paved roads connect Summit County and the local Bike Path System. The pathway links the major towns and resorts of the county, partially circumnavigates Lake Dillon, runs parallel to the Silverthorne Factory Stores, meanders through some lovely forested areas near Frisco, runs adjacent to Ten Mile Creek to Copper Mountain and even rolls right over the hill to Vail.

Breckenridge Recreation Center
Providing activities for all ages including tennis, basketball, soccer and softball. Amenities include tennis courts, basketball courts, a skateboard park, a playground, rock climbing gym, raquetballs courts, swimming pool and slide, and much more.

The Breckenridge skate park is located outdoors at the Breckenridge Recreation Center. Town law requires proper protective gear including a helmet.

Campsite Facilities
You can reserve a campsite at the Forest Service campgrounds that ring Dillon Reservoir. Call the Forest Service at (970) 468-2267 for reservations or (970) 468-5400 for information.
Horseback Riding
Breckenridge Stables at Peak 9 offers the "Breckenridge Trail" including 90 minutes of spectacular scenery as well as breakfast rides daily. If you enjoy the great outdoors, you'll savor this exciting experience with superb views of some of the most spectacular scenery in Colorado. Maggie Pond Paddle Boats
The paddle boats are in service at Maggie Pond for the summer season. Rides are available from 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM daily (weather permitting). The paddle boat dock and ticket sales are at the southwest corner of Maggie Pond at The Village at Breckenridge Resort.

Fly Fishing
With more than one hundred miles of major riverbank and riverbed fishing as well as thousands of miles of streams, ten major reservoirs, countless glacial lakes and absolutely breathtaking scenery all within an hour's drive of Breckenridge -- some of it right here, in fact! -- fly and lure fishermen can wet their lines about any time of the year. The rivers range from freestone to the great pocket water, and at least half of the fishing is Gold Medal, including wild trout streams that are not stocked. Whitewater Rafting
Every year, avid rafters and kayakers await the spring thaw, swelling the rivers with life anew. Carter Park
Located at the South end of High Street, and adjacent to Breckenridge Elementry School, Carter Park is a favorite summer hangout for both locals and canines alike. The park features a playground, soccer / rugby fields, tennis courts (2 lighted) picnic tables and a volleyball court.
