Booking a Group Trip
Tips to help you find the best prices and choose the right accommodations and activities for your group.
Step 1: Submit a Group Request For Proposal
This request for information can be done online or over the phone by calling the Breckenridge Group Sales Team at (800)-784-7669. Be specific when answering questions about your group’s needs or special requests. As soon as we receive your request, we’ll be checking availability and pricing for lodging options, transportation quotes, and information regarding on-mountain activities in Breckenridge.
Step 2: Group Proposal and Transportation Quote
After we have determined which properties best fit your group’s needs, we will send a group proposal via e-mail or fax. As requested, we will include quotes for lodging, lift tickets, rentals, ski school, airfare, and transportation.
Step 3: Group Leader Presents Proposal to Group
Have a meeting, or better yet, host a party to get your group talking about the trip. Determine together which parts of the proposal are best for your group. Jump-start this process for your group, because lodging rates are not locked in and can change rapidly as your date approaches!
Step 4: Booking the Lodging
If you decide to go with one of our recommendations we will contact the property of your choice and a representative from the property will send you a lodging contract. After this point you will work directly with the property for all of your lodging needs.
Step 5: Activities
Once your lodging is booked, our Group Sales and Services Coordinator will help you arrange lift tickets, Nastar races, on-mountain lunches, group welcoming, mountain tours, and more.
Step 6: Take Advantage of Our Group Services!
We are here for you from step 1 through step 6 and beyond! We would like to extend our complimentary services to you while you are visiting Breckenridge. We can attend your group welcome party, deliver tickets, provide group tours, and more. Relax and enjoy your Breckenridge vacation!
