4 Perfect Days - Singles

Day 1
Morning Grab a chocolate chip muffin and latte from Clint's Bakery  on Main Street to get your motor running your first day in Breckenridge. Pick up your gear from a number of Breckenridge Sports locations then take a few cruisers to get your snow legs warmed up. Get to know the more than 2300 acres of terrain with a free mountain tour, starting at 10:00 AM from the Beaver Run SuperChair on Peak 9 or the Colorado SuperChair at the Peak 8  base area.
Day An active morning in the high country leads to one thing; a good appetite! So make some turns and make your way to Vista Haus, at the top of the Colorado SuperChair. Here you'll find food-court style lunches, including Border Burritos and SubFusion, not to mention fantastic views of the Continental Divide. Novice or expert, journey into the heart and soul of skiing and snowboarding with Breckenridge Ski & Ride School's Mountains of Discovery. Once you've perfected your skills, hit the bumps on the south side of Peak 10, the steeps and deeps off T-Bar.
Evening If there's one restaurant you have to hit while you're here, its Downstairs at Erics on Main Street. Chances are you've already heard about it from your ski or snowboard instructor. Quite possibly Breck's best pizza, burgers & rotisserie chicken - they've got it all, not to mention 120 beers, 25 of those on tap. Get there early as it tends to draw a crowd, but there's an arcade to entertain while you wait! Or, hold out for pizza-by-the-slice (served after 9:00 PM) to satisfy your late night cravings. Breck’s most intriguing nightspot is a certifiably haunted renovated "hotel" a block off Main Street, home to a long bar that seems straight out of “The Shining,” plus a full pool and shuffleboard room. The friendly flow of liquor and the opportunity to explore some slightly spooky surroundings upstairs make for a cool evening at The Brown.
Day 2
Morning Sleep in. Recover from your first night in Breckenridge. Don't forget to drink plenty of H2O - high altitude can make you even more dehydrated. A hearty dose of carbohydrates is also a good prescription for making the most out of a vacation at 9600 feet. Stop by Columbine Cafe, just upstairs from Downstairs at Erics, for an over-the-top cinnamon roll or pancake as big as your head, where breakfast is served all day! Get back out on the slopes for another morning in our winter wonderland. Be sure to catch a ride on the highest chairlift in North America! The new Imperial Express SuperChair reaches 12,840 feet and access 400 acres of famed expert and advanced intermediate terrain previously only accessible by a long hike.
Day Now that you're feeling on top of the world, take on a new snowsport. Give snowboarding or telemarking a go. The Quicksilver Super6 chairlift on Peak 9 services excellent learning terrain, as does Chair 7 on Peak 8.  Check out Ten Mile Station  for the perfect lunch spot on the hill, located at the top of the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift. Here you'll find buffalo stew, brisket and fish and chips.
Evening The Breckenridge Brewery, at the south end of Main Street, is one of the local's favorite spots. Watch as award-winning beers are handcrafted by the brewers or dine on excellent pub fare at reasonable prices. After dinner, live it up a little and head a few doors down to Burke & Rileys for a true-poured Guinness. It's one of the most down-to-earth, friendly watering holes around. Whether sitting outside huddled around the fire pit or stewing among the warm, rich mahogany of the interior, you're sure to meet a few locals, or perhaps even the owners!
Day 3
Morning Jump start your day by having your fill at Daylight Donuts, located at the north end of Main Street. It's your typical no frills mountain breakfast - just basic eggs, hash browns and breakfast meats in a laid back atmosphere. Then, ride to the Continental Divide on your snowmobile to to experience breathtaking panoramic views of the Rocky Mountains. Tours include experienced guides, snowmobiles with hand warmers, easy operation instruction and plenty of playtime in mountain meadows.
Day Swing into Giampietros, on the corner of Lincoln & Main for New York-style pizza by the slice, or for a healthier alternative, stop by Euro Deli just a few doors down on Lincoln Avenue. Spend the afternoon perusing the streets of Victorian Main Street for fabulous shopping; Big City Blues and Canary in a Clothesmine are trendy clothing boutiques while, while Milagros of Colorado features handmade soaps; all worthy of note. Or, head over to Sacred Tree on Ridge Street, where a deep-tissue massage is on the menu after an exhilarating morning of snowmobiling.
Evening Kudos are in order for Empire Burger, Breck's first "real" burger joint, which is located at the south end of Main Street in La Cima Mall. Aside from the obvious, this trendy eatery features handcut fries, oh-so-tasty onion rings and chocolate malts that might as well be dessert.  It's quick and easy and just upstairs from where the party really gets started. Albeit small, Liquid Lounge is now Breck's premier night club and draws quite the weekend crowd, complete with DJ Crisp on Saturday nights.
Day 4
Morning After a hearty breakfast in the rustic charm of a local's favorite, The Prospector, as painful as it might be, hop on the lifts early so you can ski or ride all your favorite trails one more time. Be sure to check out the new Peak 7; six intermediate cruisers, the Peak 7 glades, and a high-speed six passenger superchair are just a few of the hidden treasures. Or, test your skills in one of our five terrain parks or four halfpipes.
Day Have lunch at the inexpensive Rasta Pasta for a little Jamaican zest and then try something different - go dogsledding! Mush your team of Siberian Huskies on a thrilling ride through the Arapahoe National Forest or just snuggle back under the blankets and leave the driving to the pros. Or perhaps you'd rather not brave the elements. The fitness equipment, indoor climbing walls, indoor pool, and indoor track at the Breckenridge Recreation Center, located just north of Main Street will provide you with an afternoon of challenging sport.
Evening Hungry, but don't want to go out? Have Gourmet Cabby deliver fare directly to your door. After you've had your fix, finish off your Breckenridge experience with live music at Sherpa & Yeti's, located on Main Street.
