Make your way down Main Street where you're likely to bump into a townie or two for a chocolate chip muffin and Chai tea at Clint's Coffeehouse. Then, hit the slopes early - the lifts open at 8:30 AM. Need gear? Any of the Breckenridge Sports locations can assist with all your ski and board needs. On Peak 8, take either Chair 5 or the Colorado SuperChair to Four O'Clock where you can catch a glimpse of the local riders tearin' it up in Breck's renowned Freeway Terrain Park.

An active morning in the high country leads to one thing; a good appetite! So drop into Border Burritos on Peak 8 for lunch and burritos the size of your head! Too cool for school? The Breckenridge Ski & Ride School can introduce you to new terrain and teach you a new way of getting down the mountain. The Burton Learn to Ride Program is a great way to get started on a snowboard. |

A hearty appetite looks no further than Salt Creek Restaurant, located on Lincoln Avenue, for true Texas-style pit barbeque. Try the Salt Creek Sampler featuring smoked turkey, beef brisket, smoked chicken and ribs or sausage. After dinner, head down Main Street to La Cima Mall where you can experience the rejuvenating power of oxygen at the O2 Lounge. Breck's hip oxygen bar is great place to mingle and find out what's happening online. |

| Morning |
Sleep in. Recover from your first day in Breckenridge. Don't forget to drink plenty of H2O - high altitude can make you even more dehydrated. A hearty dose of carbohydrates is also a good prescription for making the most out of a vacation at 9600 feet. Stop by Columbine Cafe just upstairs from Downstairs at Erics, for an over-the-top cinnamon roll or pancake as big as your head, where breakfast is served all day! Then, get on your gear, explore the mountain, discover the trees, find a powder stash. Make your way to the Trygve's Terrain Park on Peak 8, where features are small and perfect for learning the next hip trick. |

Hit up Empire Burger for lunch; Breck's first "real" burger joint, located at the south end of Main Street in La Cima Mall. Aside from the obvious, this trendy hangout features handcut fries, oh-so-tasty onion rings and chocolate malts that might as well be dessert. From there, head down the stairs just outside the back of the restaurant, cross the street, head up another set of stairs and from there you'll be able to see the free sledding hill at Carter Park!

Sure it's a brewery, but that doesn't mean you can't try their ever-popular beer battered fish & chips or brewery wings! After opening in 1990, the Breckenridge Brewery, located at the south end of Main Street, has quickly become one of the local favorites. The under 21 crowd can even enjoy pool there nightly until 10:00 PM! |

Between their fluffy pancakes and iced donuts with sprinkles, breakfast at Daylight Donuts, located at the north end of Main Street, always seems to hit the spot. After your early rise, head up to the Breckenridge Ice Rink on Boreas Pass Road for a pick-up game of hockey on one of two ice rinks. |

Spend the afternoon exploring yet more new terrain. Peak 10 showcases hidden powder stashes on the south side and fast advanced-intermediate cruisers down the front side. Check out Ten Mile Station for the perfect lunch spot on the hill, located at the top of the Quicksilver Super6 chairlift. Here you'll find buffalo stew, brisket and fish and chips.

Visit Rasta Pasta on South Main Street for a unique pasta experience specializing in Jamaican recipes at an affordable price. Sure they sound peculiar, but Spagetti Knuckles and Dreadlock Ravioli are top picks. It's your last night in town so stroll up and down Main Street, hitting up Mountain Tees or Shirt Off My Back for a souvenir or two. Before heading back to your place of stay, grab an "M&M's Classic 1/4 pounder" from Mary's Mountain Cookies, a favorite of every kid or every kid at heart.

Grab an apple cinnamon bagel and OJ from Cool River Coffee House to get your motor running your last day in Breckenridge. It's located on Main Street, but 'hidden' behind the Swiss Haven along the riverwalk. After your early rise, head back out into our winter wonderland to ski or ride all your favorite trails, pipes or parks one more time! |

Stop by Giampietros, on the corner of Lincoln and Main, for New York-style pizza by the slice before venturing over to the Breckenridge Recreation Center, located just north of Main Street. Check out the two climbing walls, racquetball court, indoor track and pool. There's even a waterslide! |

Hungry, but don't want to go out? Have Gourmet Cabby deliver fare directly to your door. After you've had your fix, finish off your Breckenridge experience with the latest indy film at the Speakeasy, Breck's only movie theatre, now open seven days a week! |
